Terms & Conditions

Hotel Rates - all our rates are quoted in us$.  In addition to the rates a 10% Tax and 10% Service charge will be added.  Rates are for room only and based on single or double occupancy.

Hotel Deposits - to guarantee your booking we will require a 100% deposit payment on all bookings. USD$100 should be taken on temporary hold upon check in of guest and refunded once no damage to room occurs.

Hotel Cancellations - Upon cancellation of a reservation, the Customer will be charged a certain percentage of the total price of accommodation (cancellation charge) as listed below

•       A one-night payment will be taken if guest cancels prior to 14 days. If guest cancels within the 14 days prior to arrival no refund will be given.

•       If no notice is received of cancellation, and guest is a no show: no refund will be given.

•       The only way free cancellation is available is if the guest cancels within 24 hours of booking the hotel or buys a refundable room 

Check In/Out - check in time is 3pm and check out is 12 noon.

Children - children under 16 years of age when staying with an adult are not charged for accommodation.

Credit Card Payment Options - We accept only Visa & Mastercard approved debit/credit cards.
